Nurit Gross is a Tel Aviv-based illustrator and designer, known for her vibrant and playful artwork. She graduated from the Visual Communication department at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem in 2019. Since then, she has worked with clients such as Dot Magazine, The Train Theatre, Adam Tzair magazine, Plansponsor magazine, and Zeltner Publishing House. Her creative process often starts with exploring shapes and colors in her sketchbook, drawing inspiration from art history, bold shapes, nature, quirky humor, folk art, and books that inspire her. Nurit’s work has been recognized with several awards, including: 2023: Longlisted for the World Illustration Award (AOI) in the Exploration category. 2022: Honored with the Israel Museum Ben-Yitzhak Award for Children's Books Illustration. 2022: Received a 3x3 Merit in the Professional Show. 2019: Awarded the Yossi Stern Award for High Achievement in Illustration.
