Biography
Rick Berkelmans runs Hedof from Breda like a studio that never fully left the print table. Ink drawings get scanned, pulled apart, layered digitally, then sometimes pushed back into limited runs on paper. The cast is familiar by now: animals, pattern, pop culture, a grin that lands a beat before the composition does. Nike, IKEA, The New York Times, and Google have all hired that language, but it still feels like it belongs to one hand.
Rick Berkelmans, known professionally as Hedof, based in Breda, the Netherlands. Hedof is a Dutch illustrator and graphic designer, recognized for his vibrant, playful artwork.
