How to request a return or refund, what happens next, and what to do if an order arrives damaged.

01 / Start a return

Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Email info@thestreetcollector.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please contact us before sending anything back; our team will review the circumstances and send return instructions.

02 / Review & refund

Each request is reviewed individually.

Refund decisions take the item’s condition and circumstances into account. Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll email you with the outcome. Approved refunds go to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

03 / Damaged or defective

Tell us as soon as possible.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

04 / Street Lamp guarantee

12 months of cover.

The Street Lamp is covered for 12 months against faults in the lamp body, light, charging and battery under normal use. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help.
