Collector support / FAQ
Straight answers about collecting the drop, changing artwork, charging the lamp and delivery.
A new artist presents a limited artwork for a 48-hour window. When the window closes, the artwork remains in the archive but can no longer be collected.
You can start with the Street Lamp and artwork together, or choose artwork only if you already own a Street Lamp.
Slide the artwork panel into the Street Lamp behind its protective plate. No tools are needed; changing panels takes a few seconds.
The internal light glows blue while charging. When it turns green, the lamp is fully charged. Connect it with the included Type-C magnetic-head cable.
The rechargeable battery lasts up to 8 hours with constant use. Brightness and usage affect the actual battery life.
Each finished artwork is individually numbered and comes with an NFC certificate that links to its digital record.
Drop artworks dispatch 8 days after the 48-hour window closes. Delivery is estimated at 9–15 business days after dispatch.
Local VAT, sales tax and import duties are not included in the price. If they apply, the local carrier or customs authority will collect them.
