01 / Shipping cost

Free shipping

Shipping is free to the destinations available at checkout. Prices do not include local VAT, sales tax or import duties.

02 / Production & dispatch

Drop editions ship 8 days after close

We print and prepare each edition after its 48-hour window ends. Drop artworks are dispatched 8 days after close. Other shop orders may take up to 7 business days to produce before dispatch.

03 / Delivery after dispatch

About 9–15 business days

Transit time starts once the order has shipped, not on the day you order. Customs processing and high-season volumes can add time. Orders ship from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China.

04 / Tracking

Follow your parcel

We’ll email a shipment confirmation with a tracking number and link when your parcel is dispatched. Tracking scans can take a few days to appear.

Asia: Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Israel and United Arab Emirates.

Oceania: Australia and New Zealand. Checkout shows the destinations currently available for your order. If your country is missing, email us your order details and we’ll see whether shipping can be arranged.

06 / Customs & extra charges

Local charges are paid by the collector.

VAT, sales tax and import duties are not included in our prices. If your order exceeds your country’s duty-free threshold, customs may charge them before delivery. The local carrier will contact you and payment must be made to release the parcel. Your bank may also charge a cross-border transaction fee.

07 / Delivery issues

Check your address and collect on time.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, unpaid customs charges or failure to collect it, reshipping fees may apply. For help with a delayed or returned parcel, email info@thestreetcollector.com with your order number.
