How to add your artwork.
01Set the lamp upright.
02Turn the lamp button-side down.
03Press the lamp body down onto a clean, flat surface.
04Lift the protective plate out of the frame.
05Place the artwork inside the frame, then put the plate back.
06Touch the top button to light the artwork.
How do I change the light temperature or dim the lamp?
Lightly touch the top button to move through the light settings. Press and hold the button to dim the light up or down.
How long does the battery last?
The rechargeable battery lasts up to 8 hours with constant use. Actual battery life depends on brightness and how you use the lamp.
How do I know when the lamp is fully charged?
Connect the included 1.8-meter Type C magnetic-head cable to the Type C charging port. The internal light glows blue while the lamp is charging. When it turns green, the lamp is fully charged.
Can I use the lamp without an artwork panel?
Yes. The lamp can be used as a light on its own. The protective plates remain part of the frame and artwork can be added later.
What happens if there is an issue with the lamp?
Every lamp is covered by our 12-month guarantee. Contact us with your order details and clear photos or a short video of the issue so we can help with the next step.
What is the returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for an unused, undamaged lamp in its original packaging. Contact us before sending it back.

Drop editions ship 8 days after close
We print and prepare each edition after its 48-hour window ends. Drop artworks are dispatched 8 days after close. Other shop orders may take up to 7 business days to produce before dispatch.
About 9–15 business days
Transit time starts once the order has shipped, not on the day you order. Customs processing and high-season volumes can add time. Orders ship from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China.
Follow your parcel
We’ll email a shipment confirmation with a tracking number and link when your parcel is dispatched. Tracking scans can take a few days to appear.
