Beto Valencia makes digital collages from vintage scientific illustration — birds, bones, botanical plates — and arranges them into ecosystems where nothing quite follows the original logic. The pandemic years turned a personal practice into something with gallery presence, museum listings, and a steady print shop. Every piece feels like a cabinet of curiosities tipped sideways.
