Thales Towers says on his own site that he doesn't know how to paint faces, so he paints towers on them instead. His Tel Aviv street pieces feature tower-headed characters landing punchlines for pedestrians. Animated GIFs spread the same cast worldwide on GIPHY. The humor is consistent and the drawing backs it up.
